Went something like this.... "In the event of an atomic bomb exploding always remember to turn away from the flash, turn up your coat collar and cover your ears" If outdoors take shelter behind a wall, or in a nearby hole. Remain indoors and seek shelter under your kitchen table or in your bathtub with a blanket over you. It mentioned the cows too and how you shouldnt drink their milk as it would be too hot from the radiation.... I dont think the new leaflets will be any improvement onnthe ones from the 60's, maybe wear your shades instead of turning away from the flash!!!
