Firstly, I drink very little, I dont smoke, Im living in cheap accomodation already and I dont think a additional part time job would help me get a deposit, it would probably keep me in petrol money to get to the part time job!!

Secondly the suggestions arent fraud their merely loopholes in the system which are there to be used, if it is fraud then most of the country is guilty of it as no one can save up 20K on a basic wage in this country...
