Reading Cliff Taylor in the IT yesterday the tax avoidance schemes seemed to be mainly car parks, hotels and housing in designated areas. (Of course artists and rock stars also came into the list). There was not much in the way of starting up businesses mentioned - the BES schemes have pretty much come to an end I thought.
