decentralising some of the commerce based in dublin would create much more balance and prosperity for the rest of the country that needs it, while alleviating a lot of the burden of housing, traffic and infrastructure in jackeen land.

with modern communication, why is it necessary to be in dublin at all? most of the big business trades in expertise and information anyway.
