Iraq supplies only a small percentage of world oil.
Perhaps you should check out the strikes in Nigeria and the other influences which affect oil prices.
Blaming G.W. is obviously the easiest alternative but it would be welcome if some objective and informed input was contributed to the debate.
The anti-Bush band wagon isn't large enough to accomodate the paranoid who wish to ignorantly ride it.
Blaming Bush exonerates the responsibilities which we expect our ineffectual leaderships to display in Europe.
