Too right! - Customer service appears to have become a foreign concept in this county and elsewhere. Many staff in local hotels and restuarants could also do with some happy pills too! The typical attitude is "hand over your money and sod off!". Furthermore the most courtious people I do deal with in such situations are mainly non-Irish - particualry in the catering trade.
