The alignment is east of south. Start you dish off pointing directly south, then rotate it as necessary either east or west of this depending which satellite you want. The best way to do this is while you have view of your TV and use the signal strength button to fine-tune.
You do not need a mechanised rotator unless you want to be able to change to many satelittes. Use a couple of offset LNBs (The things pointing at the dish on the arm) because astra and Hotbird are close enough)
