thats not a road! thats a car park. anyway, its not worth it. you've still got traffic jams, just less places to go. you go that way, you have to go up by the mall. that junction by gavins will turn into a nightmare. as it it the traffic disperses 3 diferent ways and its still chaotic.
there's no way to do it without completley re-routing the entire traffic flow which is a bit much because of a traffic jam on a saturday. you get them in any town on a busy day. even the big cities with their pedestrianised streets and their public transport!
