If you are innocent, by all means, do not ple bargen. I know many men in jail because they ple bargin even tho they were innocent. A jail house snich told a lie that they were involved in a crime, because they could not prove they were not there, they ple bargin and went to jail. It is up to the procuter to prove you are guilty. That is a big job with a jury. I was charged with a misdurmeaner and I refused to ple bargin and I was arreseted again with my baby in my arms and changed to a feleny. Went from 1 year to a 4.5. Don't tell the state att. to drop dead when he asks for you to ple bargin, like I did (I use to be a real spunkie fellow). The crime never even happened. crazy
