About diabities, I am blessed. I only take pills called almary to make insulin and norocktine for feet pain, plus sleeping pills to sleep at night because I have sleep apna. Also I use a breathing machine because I stop breathing 276 times a night. The feet are healing and one day I might not take norocktine. The troble is, because they are healing, they are hurting more, until they are healed completely. If I take to much almary, my suger will get to low and I die. If I take to little, my suger will get to high and I die. The sleep apna gave me diebities.

If you are 40 years old and 10 lbs. overweight, you can get diabities. The smokers that have diabities end up getting their leg removed and if they are lucky, only their toes. This is something the doctors don't tell you. That is why I have said to get the suger test strips at the drug stores and test once a month. It is very easy. You want to catch it early as I did, and not use the shots. I breaks my heart to think of little ones at 2 and 3 needing 2 or 3 shots a day. A man working on the driveway told me he had a 400 suger count and had to test every 2 hours. He also was using the shots. If I was him, I would use an insulin punp. They still have to carry a lunch pail to keep the insulin cool. Diabities will destroy every major organ in youir body. Normal suger count is 98 and I was at 96 this morning, with the medisen taken last night. GET THE TEST STRIPS. Sorry to go on about it. I don't know if I will ever get back to Ireland again, I hope so. I have more on the stocks for later. Bog is dry.
