I don't think he appeared in front of the tribunal simply because of a tax matter. They just publish your name in the paper for that if you are caught for more than 10k or whatever the figure is.

The tribunal report on that particular module has not been published yet. Until it is published I would suggest that there is a massive cloud hanging over the aforesaid former politician.

Ray Bourke was drawing lines in the sand all over the place before the tribunal judged that he had received corrupt payments. I don't think he will be running for office again. Nor Liam Lawlor come to that.
