Yes indeed and like you I travel to work on the underground every day.

Then I hop on the number nine bus from Flannelly's to get me to my downtown office before 9 o'clock.

But that 7 minute commute from the subsurbs to downtown is a real killer. I remember the days when Castlebar was just a market town in the middle of Mayo. None of your old hub and twin town gateway stuff.
