It's something that annoys me too so I can only imagine how you feel when your dealing with two small children at the same time. I think a phonecall to the local police to request they please watch for these offenders might at the very least make you feel you've done something about it.

Hoping no others do this to you between now and Christmas.........you need to feel the season with little ones in your house.
