I seem to remember a number of pedestrian lights around the town - the kind where you push the button and wait for the lights to change. Near the Curragh and Davitt College for instance. There used to be a pedestrian crossing of sorts at the Garda Station on the Mall but it is no longer - never had zebra stripes though. And of course the pedestrian crossings at the regular traffic lights are always encroached upon by the cars anyway.
