How come AIDS has it spread so rapidly in southern africa and not elsewhere ? Surely lack of education and poor health care are two reasons but then poor transport means less migration which would make it more difficult to spread especially rurally. I can't fathom how such a remote place as Lesotho has been so badly affected.
