couldnt agree more music man - however the problem is that although alot of audio software is available - its the ability to use it to a compotent sound and acoustic level is a different matter - where as alot of people may have no problem in using these programmes in a computer literate manner its a totally different matter in the area of sound engineering and mixing - thats where i see the difference is - after all why would we have colleges, numerous books and monthly magazines on sound engineering if it was that easy!!!
