I was in the subway's in Galway, the food is very nice, it seems healthy dont no though. you get asked 101 questions for what you want. with Mc D's healthy menu i have heard that their salads contain more calories than a big mac (the sauce they use)

Does anyone know what subways food is like as in health wise?
