Posted by concerned on May 25, 2005 at 16:12:47: how are the government going to implement the fitting of seatbelts in buses for children. The bus driver can hardly be responsible for making sure that every child on board is wearing his/her seat belt while trying to take care on the roads. It would be a good idea to have supervisors on each journey that would ensure they were wearing them.
