Don't disagree - and the fewer competing airports the more profitable and hence better ran plus more flights etc would then encourage more buisness. But having flown out of Sligo and Galway in the recent past - I can tell you Knock is a million times better than either of them.

Emmigration now is different and shouldn't be frowned upon - people usually leave these days out of choice - either for college (not having sufficient points for similar courses here), better jobs (not unemployment) and the thrill and experience of living in another country (and not just the UK and US, but further afield).

The contribution should be similar as that from tourists and returning emmigrants. Returning emmigrants unlikely to pay top dollar for items is not a bad thing
