Yes,its the same man who was part of a two man team that blew up a fish shop and killed several people that was supposedly a meeting house(upstairs) for the UFF,UDA,or UVF(not sure which one).He was released under the Good Friday Agreement but was recently rearrested for alledgedly being involved in Paramilitary activity. Before anyone accuses me of being anti Irish or anti republican let me say this: I am Irish.A lot of the people on both sides have been involved in criminal behaviour since being released under said agreement terms. How would we,as Irish citizens feel,if people who were convicted of murder, mass murder, and other criminal activities in the Irish Republic were released under terms of an amnesty to promote peace and reconciliation and then the very people released went straight back into the business of punishment beatings/shootings and organised crime.e.g-John Gilligan is released this monday coming and within a week is found to be involved in the intimidation of the Gearin(spelled right?)family.I think most people would be annoyed and would want to see him locked up again. Why should criminals under the guise of ''freedom fighters'' be treated differently?
