Thank god things are not as bad as two weeks ago, but it is another shock for London today, but again I am amazed and honoured to live in a society with so much reliance. With so many people, looking past their fears and anxieties, and getting on as normal.

I was training in Milton Keynes and watched my class go in to a state of shock as they worried about loved ones in London.

My journey through London home to Sussex has been diverted further north to Coventry. But I have experience nothing but kindness and thoughtfulness from a very multicultural society here.

I do hope I will get home tonight, as the delayed train to Southampton is being delayed more and more...but hey it is an adventure!
