John, dont take issue with me ok? i have two young lads and exspecting a baby, my husband approached the council, all he was told was, there is no money to provide such facilities they have a tight budget, i mentioned this to many parents of children at school, but was told that teachers would want extra pay to supervise children and school property? i did mention what if a group of parents got together to supervise children and was told " that would not be allowed by schools insurance bodies " no body is beratting young people i have two of my own, but we cant bury our heads in the sand and say let them get on with it everything is fine in Castlebar its not? its a disgrace
