There is hardly a word of encouragement for the Shell workers who have lost their jobs. How are they expected to rear their families. Perhaps Sinn Fein, who have callously exploited the Belmullet gas row, might compensate them. What about it, lads? Semtex in one hand and thousands of euros in the other. Maybe Bertie and his cronies in the Galway race tent might throw in a few bob as well.
