First of all, they are cheap. Really, really cheap. With a £25 top up card (I'm on their version of pay as you go), you get 500 minutes to any network at any time. Its probably one of the cheapest mobiles to run, ever....

HOWEVER, the concept of customer service seems to be quite alien to them. Every time I have had a problem (and trust me there have been a few), you get put on hold for about 20 mins, then get put through to some indian call centre where their english is poor at best. Nightmare in other words.

Saying that though, things have got alot better over the last few months....

Also the 3G phones are still quite bulky, but hey at least you never lose them!!!!
