The 'Gardai' are only required to attend at an accidentwhere there is someone injured or killed...they do not ...NOR SHOULD THEY BE EXPECTED...to attend every small tip that happens.

The number of times I've seen (mostly women) who have had a small superficial damage tip with their cars dangerously parked awaiting the Gardai...!!! it defies logic ???
