Yukk - we couldn't follow Norway? They have good infrastructure and social services and pay high taxes.

Norway is one of those socialist pinko liberal states like Venezuela - I wouldn't be surprised if GW put them on the axis of evil list and got one of his right wing AM Hate Radio Christian Preachers to put out a hit on their king like they did on Chavez for being so popular and offering medical aid to anyone on either half of the American continent.
