whil understanding and agreeing with everything you say ,,yhe problem remains as to who will carry out all those voluntary exercises ....many people like teachers ,local leaders ,sports oriented people , and what do they get ,criticism ,by the hurlers on the ditch ,who are now complaining and always were the same,,if the team won they were mighty players ,but if they lost it was the management who were at fault according to the parents who were screaming and shouting on the sideline but never took any part in the training etc etc of those young people
