Why should they discriminate against those who don't wish to have kids?
I think everyone who decides not to have kids should have the same benefits as those who who decide on kids.

If we work this right, then everyone could have 8 or maybe 10 weeks a year off with full paid leave.
Would, or should, any employer be reasonably expected to employ any of these part-time employees?
In fact, if they could be legally considered part-time employees, should they be entitled to any time off at all, either maternity or holidays??
