![]() For years motorcycle couriers have been forced to wear their helmets up on their foreheads when they enter a building (makes them easier to hear for a start "MMmmmhh ere to picmpgh upph a packagge for Dauton Steeet") and they're considering banning the wearing of baseball caps and hoodies in certain stores to help prevent theft. These rules and regs can be enforced on private property but on the public streets it would be an infringement of our civil rights . . . or would it? What do ya think Castlebar, ban the wearing of hoodies or protect the rights of people to wear what they like?
