Well actually its pretty likely there will be an announcment but remember announcments by Fianna Fail arent worth a damn (remember "zero tolerance" ?) and besides the political will to tackle the root causes of Ireland's crime epedemic doesnt exist (see link) Too many vested interests dontcha know !
