Have to say Mike even thought i may agree with you, with all the above items of drinking an d so forth..I have to admit your wrong with the Student Union aspect..As a student i have found the student union to be verry helpfull and even if they( GMIT) dont broadcast it around that often, there behind closed doors view, can be extremely helpfull. I have known alot of students who have had problems with bullying and private matters. And both presidents of GMIT have been very willing to sit down and talk to them and give them advice. This is one of the aspects of the college that Ive admired so much. and i feel if more people knew what when one behind the scenes they would be in favour of it too. But unfortunatly GMIT SU are too modest in that way.
