Would it not be better not to allow $h1t get into the water IN THE FIRST PLACE. Then there wouldnt need to be such high levels of chlorine in the first place ?

Surely Pure water is healthier than water contaminated with $h1t AND Chlorine

Basides Chlorine isint the only way to remove bacteria from water ever heared of Ozone or Ultra Violet treatment ?
