Poor government not lack of money is the reason for the state of the country.

Councillors are not responsible for the health service and their trips are not depriving anyone of services.

Like I said it is about 2000 a year. It trips are abolished in the future this sum will just be paid directly to councillors to bring their taxable salary up to 5000 a year.
