I bought the "most recent" copy lately and its still the same one from the 90's when Brendan Howlin was the Minister for Transport. I asked the girl in the shop if it was right and checked inside the cover and the last edition was printed in 2003. It is on its 33rd or 34th reprint from the same original format. It is almost laughable how out of date it is in parts.
