Secondly, I never suggested that all Catholics do not pratice their religion while all Muslims do. i pointed out the obvious - that which the dogs in the street know, but has apparently passed you by - that we live in a post-Catholic country where the majority of those who put Catholic down on the census as their religion will be nominal Catholics (look it up), while those who put down Muslim will not be so nominal. You should try visting a 'Catholic' school and a Muslim school for a very different experience (the absence of inverted commas over Muslim might give the game away). Moreover, alcohol intake is not forbidden by the Catholic Church. Try reading some available material on alcoholism for a change from paranoid propaganda on the dangers of the census. Alcholism is not a major problem in Muslim communities in Western countries, but it sure is a problem in Catholic communities in Ireland. You might try reading some history on this issue to - I suggest you start with tom Inglis' studies. You're lack of knowledge in this area is getting a bit too evident.
