just wondering if anyone can help me?
is a garda in the right to leave four people standing on the side of a small country road after confiscating a car that had no tax at half two in the morning.we were half an hour drive from home all dressed in dark clothes.car had insurance and designated driver had a licence and no alcohol consumption.surely this cant be right especially with all the road deaths, either one of us could of been knocked down by a car and only then would their be questions asked.
