Thats a disgrace! And if you think different you are a fool. Yes, the person should of had there car taxed. But the bigger issue is the fact that the cars was taken from them at night leaving them in dark clothes by the roadside in a rural area. What if some drunk driver hit these people?

I would almost put money on it, during this roadside checkpoint, while the law were dealing with these hardened criminals!, countless drunk drivers were driving by, undetected.
