There may not be any veggie restaurants in town but every restaurant worth its salt will have a few vegetarian options on their menu that will be a little more exciting than coleslaw and chips!! Do you eat out in Castlebar ever evening? Are we like New York with apartments without kitchens?

Perhaps cookery lessons might be the exact right thing to keep your mind off the dreaded ethanol.

I'm sure lots of people could offer recipes to tempt your taste buds. Rice? Pasta? Garlic Spuds? Couscous - try the Nourfoods shop - lotsa veggie stuff there I'm sure?
