Nobody is lecturing anyone - just a gentle reminder of a very recent historical event that has been wiped from the calendar. Religion was at the root of this genocide too just as in the Crusades. Estimates of the numbers killed in the Crusades vary wildly from your mention of 'hundreds of thousands' to a max of 7 million - over a very extended period of time. But over 1,000,000 (one million+) Armenians were killed in a very short period of 1915. What is even more morbidly fascinating too is that the Kurds (now victims themselves) are alleged to have actively participated in the massacres and even more bizarre is the fact that many of the Armenian survivors ended up in Lebanon where trouble continues right to this very day.
