All those chemicals are naturally occuring and are found everywhere from the food we eat to the things we eat off. If you want to look at the long term effects of smoking then look at China where over 75% of men smoke compared to 5% of women and yet the mortality differnece between the two is 5-6 years, the same as everywhere else.
