I havn't seen the plans for market square but surely there will be a multi-story carpark included, and if this is the case then the council should insist that as part of the deal in selling their existing carpark that they receive full ownership of the multi-story carpark,please take note members of the council!! bets taken that they wont!
and just to note, I am all for the development, I think it would be great for the town, well done to all concerned
