What this town needs is not more office,or shop spaces, but Industries both manufacturing,and services to replace Volex,APC with reduced work force,Cedar,etc.The housing market is saturated,and only for the non-national population you would have many more vacant houses. We need a change of Government now,if the West is to survive.Witn the non attendance of Minister Cullen at the Western Rail Corridor conference in Claremorris, this surley speaks for it's self of Dublin 4 interest in the West.
