Should be on one of the CD's that came with the computer

Failing that youll have to download a sound driver of the soundcard manufacturers website but before you can do that you obviously need to know what kind of card/chip is in there. Four possible ways to do that
1) Does it say in device manager
2) Does it say in BIOS
or
3) Open up the computer, find the soundcard (assuming its not "onboard") and see if theres anything written on it.
4) If the PC is a from a major manufacturer (Dell, Gateway, Fujitsu, Compaq etc) and youre using the soundard that it was sold with it MIGHT be possible to go onto the manufacturers website put in a serial number of your computer and see if it tells you what kind of soundcard is in there or even (if youre very lucky) provide a link to a driver that you can download
