I suggest you read your own post again.

You claimed "That's the profession they chose and they accepted the terms that go with it when they decided to become a nurse."

I pointed out that many nurses sill working in the Irish health service today didnt have much alternative when they "chose" to go into that particular profession. So the "they chose to work in nursing so let them like it or lump it" argument doesnt necessairly apply!
