If I earn 35k pa and work 39 hours - legally entitled to to prescribe potent drugs, empty bedpans, turn up or turn down your morphine drip and attend to your wishes as your last breath leaves your lungs - I should not be allowed to say that this is micky mouse pay because I am not earning 275,000 euro pa and the bastard who complains about micky mouse pay isn't even there when you breathe your last?
