Only two weeks ago Bev said she could only pay RTÉ €600,000. A fortnight later she is able to settle with RTÉ for €1.3m. If RTÉ left her for another two weeks would she be able to pay €2m?
As usual, the only people to pay here are the tax payer who have to make up the rest of the €3m that Flynn owed. Not to mention the tax payer making up for the money lost during Flynn's encouraging people to evade tax in the 90s.
The irony is not only do the Mayo voters reward her for this, but the head of our Government is set to reward her with a Junior Ministry!
You reap what you sow. This country deserves the misfortune that's coming to it.
