Sky is a bit of a rip but the service is good enough and at least they push out improvments in technology like the Sky+ boxes and the start of HD broadcasting but my main gripe with Sky would be the mix and match offerings, I want my TV like iTunes in that I'm willing to pay a small amount for a certain programme series (heck I'm doing that already buying Season DVDs) and then I get put together my own compilation TV product for watching - they can offer previews of pilots of new stuff for free to get the consumers hooked but the current model doesn't do it for me yet.
