Where are you getting details of this 4bn that sounds incredible. I have had the displeasure of dealing with the western development commission and its not good they seem to be completely incompetant, is it their fault this money isn't being spend, if it is then its time to close down the offices in Balladereen and move them back to Dublin because sure as hell noting will be done in a town that doesn't wake up until half way through the morning. Also the government can get away with the underspend because aholes like "the spelling police" are no adition they complain about peoples spellings but lie dormant when it comes to real issues. It doesn't really matter how well you can spell when we are all on the dole in a few years time.
