About Globespan - if their rates were lower than other airlines, you cannot expect the same level of response as from an airline charging premium rates. In contracting for any service you get what you pay for.

Globespan were unlucky in that the Glasgow bomb attempt exacerbated the delays.

At least, unlike Ryanair, they eventually responded to complaints and have offered to compensate those who changed to other airlines.

I have flown out of Knock - much more user friendly than Dublin. Hope that airport prospers and is fully supported in the West.
