The lights are at the junction between the Breaffy Road and the Ballinrobe Road near Maryland and John Hanleys. The roads have been remarked into a two-lane one lane system with clear directions posted quite a bit back from the junctions (indeed at all the roundabouts too). They even have a left filter to allow people out onto the Breaffy Road coming from the McHale road direction. People do have a tendency to block the lane outside the cleaners at the Davitt House entrance though and this reduces the efficiency of the lanes at rush hour.
